These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the hyundaimib.com website and the MIB Counter (MIB 계수기) companion mobile app (together, the "Service"), provided by Hyundai MIB International ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The MIB Counter app is a companion for Hyundai MIB International banknote-counting machines. It lets you connect a machine, view its status and counting activity, submit issue reports, and receive notifications. Signing in with Google or Apple is optional and is used to back up the machines linked to your account.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service or interfere with its normal operation.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, content, and trademarks, is owned by Hyundai MIB International or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

5. Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties, including Google and Apple for sign-in. Your use of those features is also subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any warranty for your machine is governed separately by your purchase agreement and your dealer, not by these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyundai MIB International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
