1 TITO (Voucher) Management System

In many countries, casinos are required to retain casino tickets (TITO vouchers) for several years and produce specific tickets upon request. Given the enormous number of TITO vouchers circulated in a casino, storing the physical originals is impractical.

Many casinos keep electronic copies of TITO vouchers and destroy the originals. Electronic copies require no physical storage space and can be retrieved almost instantly.

2 Check Management System

In some countries, casinos are also required to keep electronic copies of checks and records of who used them. Casinos can use this information for CRM purposes as well.
