What types of banknotes can your machines process?
Our machines support a wide range of currencies worldwide. Each model can be configured to process specific denominations and currencies based on your requirements. MIB-9 supports up to 10 currencies mixed, while MIB-11 supports up to 40. Contact us for details on supported currencies for each model.
What is the difference between value counting and fitness sorting?
Value counting identifies the denomination and counts the total value of processed banknotes. Fitness sorting goes further by evaluating the physical condition of each note (soiled, torn, taped, etc.) and sorting them into different categories based on their fitness level for recirculation or destruction.
How often do the machines need maintenance?
Regular cleaning is recommended after every 8 hours of operation. Sensor calibration and detailed maintenance should be performed quarterly or as needed depending on usage volume. Our support team provides maintenance guidelines and training.
Do you provide software updates?
Yes, we regularly release software updates that include new currency support, improved detection algorithms, and feature enhancements. Updates can be applied via USB or through our Monitoring System software. Contact your local dealer for the latest version.
What warranty do you offer?
All Hyundai MIB International products come with a standard warranty. Extended warranty options are available. Contact your local dealer or our sales team for specific warranty terms and conditions.
